These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Belightfull Company, LLC website, content, free and paid Memberships, conversations, events, community features, travel information, and related offerings.

By accessing the website, enrolling in Membership, registering for or participating in an event, using community features, or otherwise using Belightfull Company, LLC content or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Membership Overview

Belightfull Company, LLC may offer free and paid Memberships. Membership may provide curated content, conversation opportunities, destination features, planning tips, community access, virtual or in-person events, insights, promotional offers, and other benefits.

Content, events, and benefits may vary according to the Membership selected and may be modified, replaced, postponed, or discontinued.

Membership Eligibility and Accounts

Members are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, and supervising all activity conducted through their accounts.

Members may not transfer, share, sell, or permit unauthorized access to their Membership accounts.

Conversations, Events, and Community Experiences

Belightfull Company, LLC may host or promote virtual or in-person conversations, events, gatherings, discussions, workshops, travel-related experiences, or other community activities.

Event topics, speakers, formats, locations, dates, times, availability, and participation requirements are subject to change.

Participation in conversations, events, and community experiences is voluntary. Participants are responsible for determining whether an event or activity is appropriate for them and for their own conduct, transportation, personal property, safety, and participation decisions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, registration for or participation in a conversation, event, or community experience does not create a professional, advisory, therapeutic, legal, medical, financial, or fiduciary relationship.

Belightfull Company, LLC does not guarantee any particular personal, social, business, travel, or relationship outcome from Membership, conversations, events, introductions, community participation, or related content.

Event Changes and Cancellations

Belightfull Company, LLC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, postpone, substitute speakers or participants, change the format of, or cancel any event or community experience.

When an event is provided by or held at a third-party venue, platform, or service provider, participation may also be subject to that provider's rules, requirements, terms, and policies.

Any refund or credit for a paid event will be governed by the terms disclosed at the time of registration or purchase.

Membership Benefits and Separate Professional Services

Membership provides access to the benefits included with the selected Membership level, which may include conversations, community features, events, curated content, destination inspiration, educational resources, planning tips, and other Member benefits as described at the time of enrollment.

Membership does not include personalized professional services unless expressly stated.

Members and website visitors may separately choose to engage Belightfull Company, LLC or its affiliates for professional services, including travel planning and booking assistance. These services are optional, separate from Membership, and may be subject to separate agreements, supplier terms, availability, and booking requirements.

Travel planning and booking services are managed through Belightfull Company, LLC's affiliated host agency and applicable travel suppliers. Any travel arrangements are governed by the terms, conditions, and policies of those suppliers and any separate travel service agreements.

Belightfull Company, LLC operates under a commission-based travel model through its affiliated host agency. Clients are not charged planning fees for standard travel planning services unless separate written terms expressly provide otherwise.

Travel Suppliers and Third Parties

Hotels, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, transportation companies, insurance providers, venues, event platforms, speakers, facilitators, vendors, and other service providers are independent third parties.

Belightfull Company, LLC and its affiliates act as intermediaries when coordinating certain travel, event, or third-party services and are not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, errors, cancellations, schedule changes, service failures, pricing changes, policies, conduct, or performance.

Travel pricing, event details, promotions, and availability are subject to change until confirmed.

Travel clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents and supplier terms, maintaining valid passports and required documentation, meeting entry and health requirements, and purchasing appropriate travel insurance.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. A client who declines available insurance assumes the risks associated with that decision.

Paid Membership Billing

Paid Memberships are billed according to the price and billing schedule displayed at checkout. Members authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions shall automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. However, Members may cancel at any time by signing into their website account, opening their account or plan settings, navigating to their Membership or subscription plan, and selecting and completing the available cancellation option.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and Membership access will continue through the remainder of that billing period.

Members are responsible for managing their subscription status and ensuring that all required cancellation steps are completed before the renewal date.

Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, Membership access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.

Members are responsible for charges or fees assessed because of failed or declined payment methods to the extent permitted by law and disclosed by the applicable payment provider.

Content Ownership and Permitted Use

Website and Membership content, including written materials, branding, graphics, videos, recordings, conversation prompts, event materials, downloads, guides, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to Belightfull Company, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. It may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, republished, distributed, sold, modified, transmitted, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Members and event participants may not record, livestream, photograph, reproduce, or distribute private conversations, virtual meetings, event presentations, Member discussions, or participant contributions without prior authorization from Belightfull Company, LLC and any affected participants.

Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use

When using interactive features or participating in conversations, events, or community experiences, Members and participants agree to:

Communicate respectfully
Allow others an opportunity to speak and participate
Avoid harassment, threats, discrimination, abuse, intimidation, or unlawful conduct
Avoid spam, scams, misleading statements, or unauthorized promotions
Refrain from posting or sharing unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, harmful, or inappropriate material
Respect the intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, and personal rights of others
Refrain from recording or sharing another participant's statements or personal information without permission
Refrain from attempting to disrupt, damage, access, or misuse the website, accounts, events, platforms, or systems
Comply with applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions

Members retain responsibility for the content they submit. By submitting content through the website, Membership, community features, or events, Members grant Belightfull Company, LLC a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to host, display, reproduce, format, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the applicable website, Membership, community, or event, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Belightfull Company, LLC reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, edit, reformat, restrict, refuse, remove, or delete Member content.

Belightfull Company, LLC may also mute, remove, exclude, suspend, or terminate a Member or participant from a conversation, event, community feature, Membership, or account when Belightfull Company, LLC determines that the person's content or conduct violates these Terms, creates risk, disrupts the experience, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Participant Contributions and Personal Views

Statements, opinions, stories, recommendations, and experiences shared by Members, guests, speakers, facilitators, or event participants belong to the individuals expressing them and do not necessarily represent the views of Belightfull Company, LLC.

Belightfull Company, LLC does not independently verify all participant statements and is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on opinions or information shared by other participants.

Personal Responsibility

Belightfull Company, LLC provides content, conversations, events, community experiences, and travel inspiration for informational, educational, social, and inspirational purposes.

Members and participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, relationships, communications, purchases, travel choices, safety, and well-being.

Affiliate and Commissions Disclosure

Belightfull Company, LLC may receive commissions, referral compensation, or other benefits from travel suppliers, featured businesses, event partners, affiliate partners, or products linked or discussed in its content.

Belightfull Company, LLC strives to provide recommendations based on its independent judgment and the relevance of an offering to its audience or clients.

Electronic Communications

By using the website, submitting contact information, enrolling in Membership, or registering for an event, you consent to receive electronic communications from Belightfull Company, LLC.

Electronic communications may include Membership notices, account information, billing messages, event information, registration confirmations, schedule changes, newsletters, promotional materials, conversation content, travel content, and service updates.

You may unsubscribe from promotional communications. However, you may continue to receive communications that are reasonably necessary for account administration, billing, security, Membership access, event participation, or services you requested.

Accuracy of Information

Website, Membership, event, conversation, and travel content is provided for informational and inspirational purposes.

Belightfull Company, LLC makes reasonable efforts to provide useful information but does not guarantee that all information will be complete, accurate, current, available, or suitable for every person or circumstance.

Information, pricing, event details, promotions, availability, policies, links, speaker information, and third-party content may change without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Belightfull Company, LLC disclaims, and its affiliates disclaim, all warranties, express or implied, regarding the website, Membership, conversations, events, community features, content, services, products, and your use of them.

This includes, to the extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The website, Membership, conversations, events, community features, content, and related offerings are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belightfull Company, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

Use of or inability to use the website or Membership
Participation in or inability to participate in a conversation, event, or community experience
Reliance on website, Membership, event, conversation, or participant content
Conduct, statements, or actions of Members, guests, speakers, facilitators, vendors, venues, or other participants
Member-generated or participant-generated content
Third-party websites, platforms, venues, suppliers, products, or services
Travel delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, supplier defaults, governmental actions, weather events, or circumstances outside their reasonable control
Loss, theft, injury, damage, inconvenience, or expense connected with participation in an event or community experience

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the applicable limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Belightfull Company, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or relating to:

Your participation in an event or community experience

Your interaction with another Member, participant, guest, speaker, vendor, or third party
Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
Your violation of applicable law
Your violation of another person's rights

Suspension and Termination

Belightfull Company, LLC may suspend or terminate access to the website, Membership, content, conversations, events, or community features for violation of these Terms, failed payment, misuse, unlawful conduct, risk to other Members or participants, or conduct considered harmful to Belightfull Company, LLC or its community.

Changes to Services and Terms

Belightfull Company, LLC may update its Membership offerings, benefits, content, conversations, events, community features, website features, policies, or these Terms and Conditions.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
