Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Memberships, Belightfull Company-hosted events, and any products or services expressly identified as being subject to this policy.
Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law.
Membership benefits become available upon enrollment. Belightfull Company, LLC does not provide full or partial refunds for:

An unused Membership

Failure to access available content or Membership benefits

Cancellation after a renewal charge has been processed

An unused portion of a billing period

A Member's failure to complete the cancellation process before renewal

Suspension or termination resulting from a violation of the Terms and Conditions

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Paid Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Members may cancel by signing into their account, accessing their Membership or subscription settings, and completing the available cancellation process.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. Membership access will continue through the remainder of that billing period.
Members are responsible for managing their subscription status and ensuring cancellation is completed before the renewal date.
Belightfull Company Events
Registration fees for Belightfull Company-hosted events, workshops, retreats, or other experiences are subject to the cancellation and refund terms provided for the specific event at the time of registration.
Unless otherwise stated, event registration fees are non-refundable. However, Belightfull Company, LLC reserves the right to issue refunds, credits, or transfers at its sole discretion or when an event is canceled by Belightfull Company, LLC.
Future Products and Services
If Belightfull Company, LLC offers digital products, physical merchandise, courses, or other products or services in the future, any applicable refund or cancellation terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase and will govern that transaction.
Travel Planning and Travel Bookings
This Refund Policy does not apply to individual or group travel planning, travel bookings, or travel arrangements provided through Belightfull Company, LLC's affiliated host agency.
Travel reservations, deposits, payments, cancellations, credits, and refunds are governed by the terms and conditions of the applicable travel suppliers, the affiliated host agency, and any separate travel service agreements provided to the client.
Belightfull Company, LLC does not establish or control supplier refund policies and cannot guarantee that a supplier will issue a refund, credit, or travel voucher.
Billing Errors
Anyone who believes they were charged incorrectly or more than once should contact Belightfull Company, LLC promptly. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected as appropriate.
Rights Required by Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights, cancellation rights, or refund rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
